วิจัยและพัฒนา จากฐานรากและด้วยความเคารพต่อแผ่นดิน

โรงเรียนเกษตรกร (farmer academy) ตามแนวเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ เป็นวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อตอบโจทย์ท้าทายของสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม สนับสนุนโดยสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) ปี 2563 และ มรภ.พบ. เป็นหน่วยจัดการทุน (PMU) แก่งานวิจัย

ทองหทัยโรงเรียนเกษตรกรจัดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ตามตามแนวคอนสตรักชันนิซึม (constructionism) เพื่อขยายประโยชน์ข้อมูลเกษตรจากภาครัฐและภูมิรู้จากเกษตกรชาวบ้าน  ทั้งยังทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร(ศพก.) อำเภอชะอำ

Learning management for Farmer Academy using the New Theory of Agriculture, or in short, the Farmer Academy  project targets to sustainably associate the national policy in respect to food security, well-being, and citizenship skill development, particularly citizen in rural area. Thonghathai initiative, as the farmer academy,  drives the strategies, through alliances, and serve as social lab. The place also serves as Cha-am District's Agricultural Productivity Learning Center.  Knowledge management in the academy is based on a constructionism approach. The project was supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) in 2020.
