เมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา เยาวชนนักสื่อความหมายกลุ่มท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตำบลนายาง ร่วมกับผู้นำชุมชน และตัวแทนฝ่ายปกครองอำเภอชะอำ ทำกิจกรรมสุดสัปดาห์ร่วมกับสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมีนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ (นรต.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 รุ่นที่ 82 ที่มาฝึกปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่อำเภอชะอำ เข้าร่วมทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง คณะได้ใช้บริการรถรางของหมู่บ้านสัญจรไปยังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชื่อมโยงในพื้นที่ อาทิ ถ้ำพระนอนเขานาขวาง โบราณสถานโคกเศรษฐี วนอุทยานเขานางพันธุรัต วัดนายาง และศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย (ศพก.อำเภอชะอำ)

สำหรับเดือนกันยายนนี้ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯทองหทัย ได้เริ่มทำนาปีตามปกติ ซึ่งศูนย์เรียนรู้แห่งนี้เป็นแหล่งผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์มาตรฐาน Organic Thailand ที่มีพื้นที่ทำนาอินทรีย์ใหญ่ที่สุดในศูนย์เรียนรู้ของจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ทั้งนี้ เยาวชนนักสื่อความหมายมีความคุ้นเคยกับองค์ความรู้การจัดการพื้นที่นา ทั้งการทำแนวกันชนธรรมชาติ การใช้หญ้าแฝกพิทักษ์ดิน ตลอดจนการปลูกป่าบริเวณนา ซึ่งตอบโจทย์ประโยชน์ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ ใช้กิน ใช้สอยเป็นเครื่องมือ เป็นไม้เศรษฐกิจ และช่วยในการอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ

ศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย จ.เพชรบุรี (เครือข่าย ศพก.อำเภอชะอำ และกลุ่มท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตำบลนายาง) ห้องปฎิบัติการสังคม

September 12, 2026 - Young local storytellers from the Na Yang Community-Based Tourism group teamed up with village leaders and local administrative representatives from Cha-am district to run a weekend program alongside the Phetchaburi Provincial Culture Office. They were joined by sophomore police cadet trainees from the 82nd intake currently stationed in Cha-am for fieldwork, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere. 

The delegation toured interconnected local attractions via the village tram, visiting the Khao Na Khwang Reclining Buddha Cave, the Khok Setthi historical site, Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park, Nayang Temple, and the Thonghathai (THT) Farmer Academy (the New Theory Agriculture Learning Center).

With September marking the start of the seasonal rice-farming period, the Thonghathai Farmer Academy has resumed its regular paddy cultivation. Recognized for having the largest organic rice production area among community learning centers in Phetchaburi province—all certified under Organic Thailand standards—the site serves as an ideal living classroom. The youth interpreters demonstrated a strong command of sustainable farming practices, explaining methods such as natural buffer strips, vetiver grass soil conservation, and integrating agroforestry into paddy boundaries to fulfill four key purposes: providing food, supplying daily-use tools, growing valuable timber, and preserving soil and water resources.
