เมื่อ 19 กันยายน 2569 ศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี (ศพก.อำเภอชะอำ) ขับเคลื่อนภารกิจแปลงเรียนรู้ เปิดพื้นที่โซน 2 ของแปลงเรียนรู้การทำนา เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรมผลิตข้าวร่วมกับเครือข่ายอนุรักษ์ข้าว โดยมีสถาบันการศึกษาและชุมชนร่วมสานพลัง อาทิ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี และศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนอำเภอบ้านลาด 

สำหรับการทำนาโยนในวันนี้ เป็นบรรยากาศของการร่วมแรงร่วมใจจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ทั้งประธานศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนไร่มะขาม เจ้าหน้าที่จากสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอชะอำและอำเภอเขาย้อย ตัวแทนผู้นำชุมชนตำบลนายาง รวมถึงเกษตรกรประจำศูนย์เรียนรู้ทองหทัย ที่มาร่วมมือกันจนภารกิจลุล่วงไปด้วยดี

ทั้งนี้ ศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย ถือเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้การทำนาระดับครัวเรือนที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ซึ่งผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ (Organic Thailand) โดยในช่วงฤดูฝนปี 2569 นี้ ทางศูนย์ฯ ได้ลงมือทำนาในโซน 1 ไปแล้วเมื่อช่วงต้นเดือนที่ผ่านมา ส่วนโซน 2 ได้ถูกจัดสรรไว้สำหรับทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับเครือข่ายข้าวและเครือข่าย ศพก. โดยเฉพาะ เพื่อใช้เป็นพื้นที่เรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการให้นักเรียนและนักศึกษาได้เข้ามาศึกษาการทำเกษตรแบบผสมผสาน พร้อมเรียนรู้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) ไปพร้อมกัน

     September 19, 2026 — The Thonghathai Farmer Academy (THT), New Theory Agriculture Learning Center in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province officially activated Zone 2 of its organic rice plot to advance collaborative rice cultivation alongside grain preservation networks. This initiative brings together academic institutions and local communities, including Phetchaburi Rajabhat University and the Ban Lat Community Rice Center.   

   Today’s "throw-planting" activity was marked by a strong sense of community spirit and teamwork. Participants included the chairman of the Rai Makham Community Rice Center, agricultural officials from the Cha-am and Khao Yoi District Agricultural Offices, community leaders from Na Yang Subdistrict, and resident farmers from the THT, all working together to ensure the day's mission was a success.

     As Phetchaburi's largest household-scale learning center certified under Organic Thailand standards, the Thonghathai has already planted Zone 1 earlier this rainy season. Meanwhile, Zone 2 has been specifically reserved for collaborative projects with rice and AIC networks, serving as a hands-on educational space where students can explore integrated farming practices alongside Design Thinking concepts.
