ศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย แบ่งปันแนวทางการออกแบบคำสั่งเพื่อสื่อสารกับ Generative AI (Basic) ในโครงการพัฒนาครูต้นแบบแนะแนวอาชีพและดูแลสุขภาวะผู้เรียนด้วยเทคโนโลยี AI ที่ใช้ได้จริงในห้องแนะแนว ของสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ที่มุ่งพัฒนาครูต้นแบบ “Smart Career & Mind Coach” ด้วยนวัตกรรม AI เพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำและเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะรอบด้านให้แก่ผู้เรียน โดยมีคุณครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเข้าร่วมยกระดับทักษะการแนะแนวในยุคใหม่ เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา

ช่วงการฝึกปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) ประเด็น "แนวทางการออกแบบคำสั่งเพื่อสื่อสารกับ Generative AI (Basic) สำหรับครูแนะแนว เพื่อช่วยนักเรียนกับเส้นทางอาชีพ" โดย ดร.ทัดทอง พราหมณี หัวหน้าศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ทองหทัย เป็นวิทยากร มุ่งเน้นให้บุคลการทางการศึกษานำเทคโนโลยีไปใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้เรียนได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม พร้อมเสริมการดูแลสุขภาวะทางจิตของนักเรียนควบคู่กับจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก

 หัวข้อหลักในการอบรมการออกแบบคำสั่ง (Prompt Engineering)

การอบรมครอบคลุมเนื้อหาสำคัญเพื่อให้คุณครูนำไปปรับใช้ในห้องแนะแนว ประกอบด้วย

1. การทักทายและแนะนำตัวร่วมกัน  สร้างความคุ้นเคยและการมีส่วนร่วมผ่านการใช้งานเบื้องต้น

2. รู้จัก Generative AI  ทําความเข้าใจศักยภาพและข้อจำกัดของ Generative AI

3. Prompt Engineering และ Context Engineering  เทคนิคการป้อนคำสั่งและการใส่บริบทเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ตรงจุด

4. AI กับธรรมาภิบาล  การใช้งานเทคโนโลยีอย่างมีจริยธรรม ความปลอดภัย และเคารพความเป็นส่วนตัว

5. บทบาทสำคัญของครูแนะแนว  การปรับตัวและดึงศักยภาพของ AI มาสนับสนุนงานแนะแนว

6. ครูแนะแนวกับการอำนวยคำแนะนำแก่นักเรียน  แนวทางการเป็นโค้ชที่ช่วยวิเคราะห์เส้นทางอาชีพและตัวตนของผู้เรียน

7. การติดตามและนัดหมายกิจกรรม  วางแผนการดำเนินงานต่อเนื่อง

8. การเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายการศึกษา  แบ่งปันแนวทางจากสาขาดิจิทัลคอนเทนต์และเกม และสาขาวิชาชีพครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบุรี

ก้าวต่อไปในภาคการศึกษา

หลังจากการฝึกปฏิบัติการ คุณครูจะนำเทคนิคและชุดคำสั่งเหล่านี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของนักเรียนในระหว่างภาคการศึกษา 

สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดเพชรบุรีมีกำหนดการที่จะร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ พร้อมทั้งสรุปหาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด (Best Practices) ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 นี้

Thonghathai Farmer Academy (THT) shares its basic prompt engineering framework, for the "Smart Career & Mind Coach" pilot project. Led by the Phetchaburi Provincial Education Office, this initiative aims to empower model guidance teachers and student well-being personnel through practical AI innovations designed to reduce educational inequality and support holistic student wellness. The professional development workshop took place on Monday, April 27, 2026.

Dr. Thadthong Bhrammanee, Head of the THT, led the workshop titled "Basic Prompt Engineering Guidelines for Guidance Counselors to Support Student Career Paths." The session focused on equipping educators to practically apply technology to improve student quality of life while integrating mental health care with positive psychology.

Core Training Topics in Prompt Engineering

The training covered essential concepts to help teachers effectively apply AI in guidance counseling

1. Icebreakers and Introductions: Building familiarity and engagement through hands-on practice.

2. Understanding Generative AI: Exploring the capabilities and limitations of AI technologies.

3. Prompt and Context Engineering: Mastering techniques for crafting precise commands and providing proper context for accurate results.

4. AI and Governance: Ensuring ethical technology use, data safety, and privacy respect.

5. The Crucial Role of Guidance Counselors: Adapting and leveraging AI to support counseling duties.

6. Counseling and Advising Students: Acting as a coach to help analyze student career paths and personal identities.

7. Activity Follow-Up and Scheduling: Planning continuous operational workflows.

8. Educational Networking: Sharing approaches across Digital Content and Games as well as Education programs from the university.

Next Steps in the Academic Term

Following the workshop, participating teachers will apply these techniques and prompts to benefit students throughout the semester. 

The Phetchaburi Provincial Education Office plans to host a knowledge-sharing session to summarize best practices in August 2026, strengthening and sustaining the guidance teacher network.
