In 2025, the Royal Cattle-Buffalo Bank for Farmers  Project at the Cha-am Agricultural Learning Center (known as, Thonghathai New Theory Agriculture Learning Center) will implement a system of at least three rotational “grazing zones”. This approach allows grass and other vegetation to regenerate effectively. The Cha-am Livestock Office has provided guidance on managing these zones during several committee meetings at the Learning Center.

Furthermore, in 2020, the Department of Livestock Development launched a project to support and enhance livestock-related livelihoods at Agricultural Learning Centers. This initiative, under the Royal Cattle-Buffalo Bank Project, aims to motivate and empower these centers to become model livestock farming learning hubs in their regions. The Cha-am Agricultural Learning Center (Thonghathai New Theory Agriculture Learning Center) has participated in this project since 2022, under the leadership of the then-center president, Colonel Sompong Bhrammanee; integrating the cattle into its organic farming practices and promoting ecological balance. The cattle naturally 'mow' the land and enrich the soil with organic matter, fostering a healthy ecosystem. The resulting manure is then used to cultivate organic rice in the “NASA Zone”, a rice field certified under the Organic Thailand standard. The cattle also serve as a valuable subject for student research.
